His most well-known song is from 2018, “Backin’ It Up,” which featured Cardi B and charted at number 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Under8ed, his debut album, was released on November 15, 2019.

Megan and Pardi, Couple Goals!

Before they fell in love, Megan Thee Stallion and Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine were co-writers of successful songs.

The two got to know one another while co-producing Megan’s Grammy Award-winning song “Savage” remix, which featured Beyoncé and brought her two of her three Grammy Awards.

In February 2021, the artist revealed her relationship with Fontaine during an Instagram Live session.

They seemed to be a couple of goals for more than three years, but fans soon recognized there was going to be trouble. Supporters found out that back in February, Meg had quit following Pardi on Instagram.

Pardi wrote and released a moving sonnet for her, but Meg’s actions—being spotted hugging Inter—were what ultimately caused the couple to split up.

Before things went wrong, Meg and Pardi were one of the most beloved couples in music; from their PDA-filled concerts together, it seemed like they were in love.

Meg talked about how her Pardi boy had helped her grow as a person during the height of their well-publicized romance.

Did Megan and Pardi break up?

Megan and Pardi had been together for two years when they called it quits in December 2022, but Fit was still a mystery. Even though Meg doesn’t talk about the relationship precisely, “Cobra” is the first time she has talked about her breakup with the man in public.

Megan dropped her brand-new single “Cobra” on Friday, November 3. Shawn “Source” Jarrett, Bankroll Got It, Derrick Milano and Megan herself produced the song.

Halfway through the song, Meg thinks back on all the bad things that have happened to her, like her parents passing away and her recent breakup with Pardi, which still gives her anxiety. She was cheated on in her bed by her ex-boyfriend, according to one particular line.

The lines go as “Man, I miss my parents, way too anxious, always cancel my plans,” “Pulled up, caught him cheatin’, gettin’ his d**k sucked in the same spot I’m sleepin’/Lord, give me a break, I don’t know how much more of this s**t I can take.”
